The 10th AIDA Asian Freediving Cup takes place from 14 – 23 July 2026 in Panglao, Philippines. For the first time, the competition is broadcast on the AIDA Freediving YouTube channel, with Diveye footage bringing viewers closer to every dive.
Constant Weight (CWT): the freediver descends and ascends using fins or a monofin. Constant Weight with Bi-Fins (CWTB): the freediver descends and ascends using bi-fins. Constant Weight Without Fins (CNF): the freediver descends and ascends using only their arms and legs. Free Immersion (FIM): the freediver descends and ascends by pulling on the rope.
