1. Sponsor

The sponsor of this contest is PT Asian Sports Network (“Sponsor”). This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram. By participating, you completely release Instagram from any claims or liabilities associated with this contest.

2. Eligibility

This contest is open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of PT Asian Sports Network, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

3. Contest Period

The contest is being held to celebrate the launch of Asian Sports Experience (experience.asiansports.com). Entries will be accepted online until June 30, 2026, at 11:59 PM WITA.

4. How to Enter

The contest must be entered by submitting an entry using the following steps on Instagram:

• Like the official contest post.
• Share the contest post to your Instagram Story. (Note: If your account is private, please send us a screenshot of your story via Direct Message to verify your entry.)
• Comment on the post by tagging at least one (1) friend AND telling them why you want to experience Nusa Lembongan or Nusa Penida with them.

Multiple entries are allowed if multiple friends are tagged with new, unique reasons in separate comments.

5. Prize

One (1) Winner will receive a Private Full-Day Nusa Penida & Lembongan Experience for themselves and up to five (5) guests (maximum 6 passengers total). Retail value: IDR 25,000,000.

• Inclusions: Private full-day boat charter (typically 08:00–16:00), exclusive use of the boat for your group, a dedicated professional guide, customisable itinerary (snorkeling, fishing, surfing, sightseeing), snorkeling equipment (mask & fins), fresh towels, bottled water, and snacks on board.
• Exclusions: The prize does NOT include airfare, ground transportation to/from Bali, accommodation, or lunch (cash or card will be needed for a lunch stop at an island beach club or local warung).
• Validity: The prize is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and must be redeemed by December 31, 2026. Blackout dates may apply, and booking is subject to availability.

6. Taxes

Because this is a skill-based competition, it is exempt from the Indonesian lottery tax (Undian Gratis Berhadiah). However, any and all prize-related expenses, including without limitation any applicable standard personal income taxes (PPh 21), shall be the sole responsibility of the Winner.

7. Winner Selection and Notification

This is a skill-based competition. The Winner will be selected by a panel of judges from PT Asian Sports Network based on the creativity, originality, and enthusiasm of the comment provided in the entry. The judging and selection will take place on July 1, 2026, at 5:00 PM WITA.

The Winner will be notified by an Instagram Direct Message (DM) from the official PT Asian Sports Network account within 24 hours of the selection. If the Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to claim the prize within 48 hours from the time award notification was sent, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate Winner selected based on the next highest-judged entry.

8. General Conditions

PT Asian Sports Network reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the contest should virus, bug, non-authorised human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond PT Asian Sports Network’s control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the contest.

9. Limitation of Liability

By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless PT Asian Sports Network and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from: (i) such entrant’s participation in the contest and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof; (ii) technical failures of any kind.

10. Disputes & Governing Law

This contest is governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising out of or connected with this contest shall be resolved exclusively in the jurisdiction of the courts of Denpasar, Bali.
